A time-traveling documentarian and a novelist’s attempt to interview Helen of Troy for a ‘feminist retelling’ of her story goes wrong when they discover there’s nothing particularly empowering about it.

Served as a producer and the first assistant director, where I was responsible for the following:

• Hired crew and oversaw inter-department communication to ensure directorial creative visions were met

• Raised $1,000 and tracked departmental finances to ensure the budget was maintained

• Conducted location scouts, cold calls, and permitted acquisitions to secure location

• Used Movie Magic to create one-liners and shooting schedules

• Oversaw the daily filming schedule and line production
